Close your eyes and create inside your inner universe a state of calmness and tranquility. Then open your eyes and look at the reflection in the mirror as if you have just met that person for the first time. Note your first impression. Observe the changes in your facial expressions, according to the thoughts and feelings that change inside of you. Try to establish a good relationship with the person in the mirror.
