Have you ever suffered because of jealousy? How many times have you been jealous so far? It is difficult to count these occasions, isn't it? Are you disturbed and annoyed by this state, or do you feel comfortable with it? Are you concerned with it, or does it make you indifferent?

Are you upset when your lover permanently tries to control your every move, or when you receive calls at work every five minutes? Or when your lover traces each movement of your eyes, ready to "catch" you when your eyes meet someone else's?

What can we do? Is this a disease? Or is it merely a habit between lovers? Regardless of the way jealousy appears, there are always two constants, the two hypostasis in which one is going to suffer, posing as a victim, and the other will appear like merciless executioner, the cause of suffering.

In the nightmare of the tensions caused by jealousy, how could we find the harmony of the couple, discovering within ourselves true and real LOVE?


JEALOUSY IS OUR FEAR OF LOSING OUR LOVED ONE
When jealousy appears, tensions also appear. The first and most important thing to do at this point is to communicate with our lover. We should have the faith and courage to tell them how we feel.

Maybe our lover does not realize what we are going through. And maybe we do not properly understand his or her real intentions. It is time to get closer to one another and confessing our feelings with great honesty.

However, this does not mean making a scene, blasting out critically or reproachfully, but merely sharing our concerns with our lover, in our mutual effort of deepening the relationship.


IF YOUR LOVER LOVES YOU, SHE WILL BE WITH YOU FOREVER
If your lover loves you, she will be with you forever, if not you really have got nothing to lose. Relationships in a couple are very complex. If you loved the other not only as your lover, but also as your sister, daughter or closest friend could you still be jealous with her?


FIND THE MAGIC OF THE BEGINNING ONCE AGAIN
If she has fallen for someone else, why shouldn't you try to conquer her again so that she will fall deeper in love with you?

If you used to be the conqueror, now you must simply LOVE! Try to understand that love is the fundamental energy of Creation and that it cannot be limited in its manifestation.

Love is free to come up and blossom into any open heart and is free to pour over anybody. This flowing of love awakens as a result more love, and the numb hearts come back to life. Even though it is difficult, if we constantly meditate on these things, our inner horizon will broaden and we will open our hearts towards pure and genuine LOVE.

This experience will enrich yourself and this inner richness will attract your lover even more. Love brings about more love. And that is how it should be. Begin by loving yourself. Accept yourself and make peace with yourself by getting to know yourself. This is how you will discover what the source of your love is.
